200-hour Teacher Training

Element Yoga Academy

The Sacred Practice

Rooted in tradition. Grounded in practice. Designed for modern life.

Yoga is more than a sequence of postures.

It is a philosophy, a discipline, and a way of living.

The Sacred Practice is a comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training designed for those who wish to explore yoga in its fullest expression. Whether your intention is to teach, deepen your personal practice, or immerse yourself in the timeless wisdom of yoga, this training offers an educational and transformational experience that extends far beyond the mat.

At element yoga academy, we believe that the most effective teachers are first dedicated students. For that reason, our training begins not with learning how to teach yoga, but with learning yoga itself.

Together, we explore the history, philosophy, traditions, and practices that have shaped yoga for thousands of years. Through meditation, breathwork, anatomy, movement, and self-inquiry, you'll discover how yogic principles become a practical guide for everyday life.

As your understanding deepens, teaching becomes a natural extension of your practice.

This training is designed to help you embody yoga, not simply perform it.
